Demand Barack Obama apologize to gun owners |
|
On April 10th, 2008 Democrat Barack Obama told a group of liberal elitists in San Francisco
that gun owners are "bitter" and they "cling" to their guns
to deal with their frustrations.
Barack Obama has a long history of supporting un-constitutional gun control schemes. Even on the campaign trail, Obama has a difficult time reconciling his election year "conversion" to a believer in gun rights with his long record of supporting gun control. Obama claims that what "works in Cheyenne may not work in Chicago" as an explanation for his support of Chicago's unconstitutional handgun ban. The fact of the matter is that Obama is just plain wrong. You and I both know that the Second Amendment to the Constitution protects the rights of gun owners in both Chicago and Cheyenne, as well as every city and state across the country. On Thursday August 28th, 2008 Obama accepted that Democratic nomination for President of the United States. In his nomination speech, Obama echoed his long held belief in gun control, hinting that he would immediately pursue a ban on military-style rifles. Please, join gun owners across the country in standing up to Barack Obama. Let him know you're not "bitter"; that you don't "cling to guns and religion" because you're racist or ignorant. Send Barack Obama a message... ...sign the Petition. |
