The coronation of Emperor Barack I actually began the third phase of our ammo woes. Phase I was caused by increased industrialization, particularly in China and India, which increased demand for industrial commodities like lead, copper, and tin. Phase II began with Dubya's Grand South Asian Conquest, which increased military demand at the expense of civilian supply. Phase III is the subject of your article. Phase IV will begin soon, as O-BOMB-A! attempts to play Alexander to Dubya's Philip.

Curse Obama and his goons for forcing us to buy excessive amounts of ammunition!!! Hopefully we can get some conservatives back in power, so prices and supply will magically go down and we can blame democrats for other things instead of ourselves...

Mac you got your facts wrong about the Toilet Paper shortage. Its cause was the December 19, 1973 episode of the Tonight Show. Carson joked about it and it then happened. Nothing to do with word of mouth.

Today I was reading the November issue of American Rifleman that just came in the mail.

As always, it had the "Armed Citizen" section.

I was thinking about photocopying that page each month and mailing it to all my anti-gun elected officials. I think they could use a good read, especially one about how guns were used lawfully in self-defense.

All we ever hear about in the media is criminals who misuse guns.

If you want some very interesting reading and listening, go to http://daretoaskquestions.blogspot.com/ It's about what has been going on in Hardin, MT, with foreign troops, and the American Police Force. That will get your attention.
