U.S. agrees to timetable for UN Gun Ban
The United Nations and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are moving forward with their plan to confiscate your guns.
The United States joined 152 other countries in support of the Arms Trade Treaty Resolution, which establishes the dates for the 2012 UN conference intended to attack American sovereignty by stripping Americans of the right to keep and bear arms.
Working groups of anti-gun countries will begin scripting language for the conference this year, creating a blueprint for other countries when they meet at the full conference.
The stakes couldn’t be higher.
Former United Nation’s ambassador John Bolton has cautioned gun owners about the Arms Trade Treaty and says the UN “is trying to act as though this is really just a treaty about international arms trade between nation states, but there’s no doubt that the real agenda here is domestic firearms control.”
Establishing the dates for the Arms Trade Treaty Conference is just the first step toward their plans for total gun confiscation.

Judging by Ambassador Bolton’s comments — who certainly knows what to expect from the American-freedom-hating international crowd that infests the U.N. — we are certain the treaty’s going to address the private ownership of firearms.
If passed by the UN and ratified by the U.S. Senate (which is where we must ultimately make our stand), the UN “Small Arms Treaty” would almost certainly FORCE national governments to:

This is just the start, just as Hitler did (Gun registration, then confiscation. in 1938). Our 1968 gun laws are modeled after Hitler’s laws.
In the Global scheme, it is about total control. The U.N. has as already stated that they will never let a country get as powerful as the U.S., the U.N. along with Obamam’s plans to put this Country in such a deficit that we can never recover will make us Compliant to the U.N. and the world banks (IMF).

Not sure where Ms. Buchanan is getting her version of the constitution from. The second amendment says nothing about the event of an attack is when the people have the right to bear arms. This is what it says exactly “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed”. I don’t think that is open for interpretation!

Justices John Paul Stevens, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen G. Breyer and Sonia Sotomayor dissented. They said the Heller decision remained incorrect, and added that they would not have extended its protections to state and local laws even if it had been correctly decided.

Though the majority agreed on the outcome, its members differed about how to get there.
The Second Amendment, like the rest of the Bill of Rights, originally restricted only the power of the federal government. The Supreme Court later ruled that most, but not all, of the protections of the Bill of Rights applied to the power of the states as well, under the due-process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, adopted in the wake of the Civil War.
The majority offered the lower courts little guidance about how much protection the Second Amendment affords. Don’t forget that that our Second Amendment is found in what is called the Bill of Rights. This means that this right cannot be appealed or dissolved. It is a right that is inherently given to us by our creator God, (or a Natural right for those that do not believe in a god) and is fundamental in ensuring that that which is most dear is protected: Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
I think it’s comical to see that our Four Fathers knew what trash would come into power. They knew the future and what would come.
