Filibuster Kagan!
Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan is a serious threat to our gun rights. Call your senators ASAP and urge them to filibuster Kagan.

Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan should be filibustered.
We have learned a lot more about Elena Kagan and her views on the right to bear arms since the last time she appeared in this column, and what we have learned is not pretty.
A nominee who does not believe that the right to bear arms is a fundamental right, like free speech and the free exercise of religion, should not be permitted to sit on the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has declared rights to be “fundamental” that are not even mentioned in the Constitution, like abortion, travel, and procreation. A right expressly written into the Bill of Rights that has been described as the very “palladium of liberty” cannot possibly occupy a lesser status.
Yesterday, when asked by Sen. Grassley whether the Constitutional right to bear arms created a right or merely protected a right that pre-existed the Constitution, Elena Kagan looked puzzled and answered,
“Senator Grassely, I’ve, uh, I’ve never really considered that question.”

We are already in the early stage of police state mentatlity, even our supreme court has become a politically correct managae and will certainly get worse with kagan. I think we are down to the stage of God help America, and you all know what stage that is.
We didnt stop Sotamayor, if we dont stop Kagen Our rights will be gone. They are pushing for a violent revolution. They do not understand the american people and the sleeping giant is going to stand up and squash them in Nov. None of us want violence but the left wants a Dictatorship and the people will not stand for it. Every Democrat in office right now has commited TREASON. After the Nov. Election they should all be arrested and tried for Treason. We need 100s of Conservatives at the polling places to guarentee an honest election. We need to force the government to do the voting records and make sure there are no illegal votes. Then we need to make sure every illegal vote is thrown out and every person who cast an illegal vote is tried and convicted of TREASON.
I don’t know if we can stop Kagan but I support any and all efforts to do so. She is dangerous. Even more so that the president whom we must endure for 2-1/2 more years. We can stop or impede his effortys wityh a good turnout in the November elections but if she gets on the Supreme Court we must endure her unamerican socialist totalitarian stance for possibly twenty years or more. This nomination must be stopped. CALL YOUR SENATOR TODAY!!!
I hate to be the stickler, but this isn’t about Left and Right anymore… it’s about the Bankers and Big Money corporations against the people. Politicians, both Right and Left, are nothing but pawns in the worldwide game of Globalism.
The game of politics involves so much money that I believe it takes someone really crooked and in cahoots with the powers that be to get the title of President.
If I were trying to control a population I would pitch them against each other in Left and Right controversy, so they wouldn’t notice what I was really trying to do… control both sides.
Kagan needs to be stopped, but so do a lot of other mainstream politicians on both sides of the fence!
