Sign the Petition to protect your access to public land

Electronically sign the Petition to the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service below:
To the U.S. Forest Service & Bureau of Land Management

Whereas, recreational shooting on public lands has been a tradition that has defined the Western spirit since the time of Teddy Roosevelt; and,

Whereas, this unconstitutional attempt to block use of public lands for recreational shooting is an outrage that will not be tolerated by the taxpayers of Colorado; and,

Whereas, the Constitution protects our right to keep and bear arms without infringement; and,

Whereas, the Federal Government receives it’s power from the will of the people through the Constitution and the U.S. Forest Service has no authority to attempt to infringe upon our right to keep and bear arms;

Therefore, log this petition as a formal contact with your office urging you to oppose any unconstitutional attempt to block access to public lands for the purpose of recreational shooting. National Association for Gun Rights will keep me informed regarding this attempted infringement.

Signed,
