Pierre, SD - The National Association for Gun Rights is hailing the passage of Constitutional Carry in South Dakota, which cleared its final legislative hurdle in the State Senate today by a vote of 23 to 11.

House Bill 1072, authored by pro-gun Representative Lynne DiSanto, recognizes the right of every law-abiding citizen in South Dakota to carry a firearm for self–defense without a government permit.
